Approve a Certificate of Completion for the residential portion of City Center Plaza - <br /> Mezes Court Associates; accept and approve the Citibank and Union Bank loan <br /> documents and Subordination Agreements; and authorize the Executive Director of <br /> execute all documents pertaining hereto; (100) <br /> STAFF REPORT: Debbie Jones-Thomas, Community Development Services <br /> Supervisor, June 22,1998 <br /> Community DeveIopment Services Supervisor Jones-Thomas presented the Staff <br /> Report and said Mezes Court Associates, the umbrella organization of the Residential <br /> Housing Coalition, was requesting a Certificate of Completion for the residential <br /> portion of City Center Plaza.
