CLAIRE <br />DIRECTOR, JIM HARTNETT <br />DIRECTOR, JEFF IRA <br />DIRECTOR, MATT LEIPZIG REGULAR REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> MEETING CONCURRENTLY WITH THE <br /> REDWOOD CITY COUNCIL <br /> 7:35 P.M. <br /> October 12, 1998 <br />CALL TO ORDER - Mayor Howard called the meeting to order at 8:22 p.m. and announced that the <br /> Council will now meet concurrently the Redevelopment Agency. <br />ROLL CALL - Directors/Council Members Hartnett and Leipzig absent <br />1. REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY PUBLIC COMMENT - None <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> MIS Ruskin/Ira to approve the Minutes of the September 28, 1998 concurrent Council and <br /> Redevelopment Agency Meeting as submitted, by a unanimous roll call vote with Mayor Howard <br /> abstaining and Hartnett and Leipzig absent. <br /> MINUTE ORDER NO. RD30-98 <br />3. GENERAL <br /> A. CONCURRENT COUNCIL AND REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING <br /> CONTINUED FROM September 28, 1998 on the Proposed Fourth Amendment to the <br /> Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project No.2; on the Proposed Implementation <br /> Plan Amendment for Redevelopment Project No.2 <br /> Community Development Services Manager Church reported on information received at the <br /> previous public hearing, which was closed in June and subsequent staff recommendations due to <br /> information received at that time. <br /> Council Member/Agency Director Ira excused himself from the meeting at this time due to <br /> potential conflict of interest - 8:24 p.m. <br /> Vice Mayor/Agency Vice Chairman Ruskin explained they had received much public input during <br /> the public hearing on this additional proposed redevelopment area and due to the public's input, <br /> the Agency Directors asked staff to revisit the issues and bring the matter back to the Agency.
