CLAIRE DIRECTOR, JIM HARTNETT DIRECTOR, JEFF IRA DIRECTOR, MATT LEIPZIG REGULAR REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING CONCURRENTLY WITH THE REDWOOD CITY COUNCIL 7:35 P.M. October 12, 1998 CALL TO ORDER - Mayor Howard called the meeting to order at 8:22 p.m. and announced that the Council will now meet concurrently the Redevelopment Agency. ROLL CALL - Directors/Council Members Hartnett and Leipzig absent 1. REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY PUBLIC COMMENT - None 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES MIS Ruskin/Ira to approve the Minutes of the September 28, 1998 concurrent Council and Redevelopment Agency Meeting as submitted, by a unanimous roll call vote with Mayor Howard abstaining and Hartnett and Leipzig absent. MINUTE ORDER NO. RD30-98 3. GENERAL A. CONCURRENT COUNCIL AND REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING CONTINUED FROM September 28, 1998 on the Proposed Fourth Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project No.2; on the Proposed Implementation Plan Amendment for Redevelopment Project No.2 Community Development Services Manager Church reported on information received at the previous public hearing, which was closed in June and subsequent staff recommendations due to information received at that time. Council Member/Agency Director Ira excused himself from the meeting at this time due to potential conflict of interest - 8:24 p.m. Vice Mayor/Agency Vice Chairman Ruskin explained they had received much public input during the public hearing on this additional proposed redevelopment area and due to the public's input, the Agency Directors asked staff to revisit the issues and bring the matter back to the Agency.
