Redwood City Library Innovation Award (207) <br /> Mayor Howard read and presented the first Highsmith Innovation Award to Library Director <br /> Chen, received for developing a home page web site that responds to the unique needs of its <br /> community and noted a $500 grant accompanies it. Library Director Chen acknowledged the <br /> Library staff members who were instrumental Redwood City's new web site home page. <br /> 2.
