SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY <br /> A. Proclamation honoring the Art David 2nd Annual Invitational Basketball Shoot Out, <br /> December 5-6-7, Red Morton Community Center; (207) <br /> Mayor Hartnett read the proclamation and presented it to Vie Morton, Chief Executive <br /> Officer of the Basketball Officials Association. Mr. Morton expressed his gratitude for <br /> Art David's commitment to promoting sports activities and the Basketball Officials <br /> Association.
