SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY - (207) <br /> A. Two Proclamations recognizing the tribute paid to Redwood City Police Officer David <br /> Davinroy and Fire Captain Adrian Anderson by the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the Cpl. <br /> James L. Wilson, Local Post 2310; and proclaiming April as Fire Fighter and Law <br /> Enforcement Month in Redwood City. <br /> Proclamation in Honor of Redwood City Fire Captain Adrian Anderson, recipient of the <br /> 1997 Veterans of Foreign Wars "Outstanding Fire Fighter Award;" <br /> Mayor Hartnett and Veterans of Foreign Wars Flores and Page presented the <br /> proclamation and certificate to Redwood City Fire Captain Anderson, and commended <br /> him for his tireless work on behalf of improving labor negotiations and the entire <br /> organization, and for his leadership in focusing fire fighting services across jurisdictional <br /> boundaries.
