At 7:20 p.m., Council members assembled in front of the <br /> Chamber's beautiful double doors and Mayor Hartnett and Vice Mayor Howard cut a red ribbon <br /> stretched across the entrance. The Council then invited everyone to join them for the fIrst Council <br /> -- meeting in the new Council Chamber. <br /> CALL TO ORDER - 7:30 p.m., Mayor Hartnett presiding <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Council Members present: Buchan, Claire, Howard, La Berge, Leipzig, and <br /> Mayor Hartnett <br /> Council Members absent: Ruskin.
