ORAL COMMUNICATIONS (209) <br /> A. Erin Callaghan, 176 Central Avenue, said that the intersections at Carlos and Central and <br /> Cypress and Center needed traffic stop signs. Ms. Callaghan submitted a letter of <br /> resignation (on file in the City Clerk Department) from the Traffic Advisory Committee. <br /> Council Members expressed their regret at Ms. Callaghan's resignation and apologized for <br /> the lack of attention, tools and guidelines given to the T AC over the years.
