<br /> 32. 4, 32. 5, 32. 6, 32. 7, 32. 8 , 32. 9, 32. 10 AND 32. 11 OF
<br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1130 , THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE,
<br /> AS AMENDED, RELATING TO LOT AREA AND RELATED
<br /> REQUIREMENTS
<br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City
<br /> has transmitted to this Council its recommendation that the City
<br /> amend certain sections of Ordinance No. 1130 , the Redwood City
<br /> Zoning Ordinance, as amended, and repeal Sections 32. 12, 32. 13,
<br /> 32. 14 , 32. 16 , 32. 17 , and 32 . 18 of Ordinance No. 1130 , the Redwood
<br /> City Zoning Ordinance, as amended; and
<br /> WHEREAS, this Council, based upon its consideration of the
<br /> recommendation of the Planning Commission and the evidence
<br /> received at the public hearing regarding this amendment to
<br /> Ordinance No. 1130, the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, as
<br /> amended, finds that such amendments are in the public interest;
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE;
<br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
<br /> SECTION l . Sections 32. 12 , 32. 13 , 32. 14 , 32. 15, 32. 16,
<br /> 32. 17 and 32. 18 of Ordinance No. 1130 , the Redwood City Zoning
<br /> Ordinance, as amended, are hereby repealed.
<br /> SECTION 2. Section 2. 51 of Ordinance No. 1130 , the Redwood
<br /> City Zoning Ordinance, as amended is hereby amended to read as
<br /> follows:
<br /> "Section 2.51. Height of Building. The vertical distance
