Mr� �YWr�.r <br /> {• <br /> CGM:mf 10� � �A <br /> . � ��� � <br /> A G R E� E M E N T <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this � day of <br /> , 198.5, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California, hereinafter called <br /> "City, " and TOM J. SUDANO, JOAN C. SUDANO, ERNEST J. POLATI , <br /> JACQUELYNE A. POLATI, TOM DAILEY, AND LESLEY DATLEY, hereinafter <br /> called "Subdivider" ; <br /> W I T N E S S E T H : <br /> WHEREAS, Subdivider is the owner of real property in the City of <br /> Redwood City and has requested approval of a subdivision from City <br /> concerning the real property shown in Exhibit "A, " attached hereto <br /> and has entered into a subdivision improvement agreement for the <br /> construction of subdivision improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, Subdivider is required by City to provide certain <br /> additional necessary public improvements , hereinafter specified, in <br /> the future, which will benefit and improve the real property shown in <br /> said Exhibit "A" ; and <br /> WHEREAS, as further and separate consideration of the granting of <br /> this subdivision concerning the real property described in the <br /> aforementioned Exhibit "A" and, in consideration of the approval by <br /> City of the proposed public improvements adjacent to Subdivider' s said <br /> property, Subdivider is willing, at his own cost and expense , to <br /> furnish all materials and construct and install the said public <br /> improvements listed in this subdivision agreement; and <br /> WHEREAS, Subdivider has requested approval of said final map <br />
