. <br /> �RIV'!V�'�. <br /> FIRE�#RM� TRAINING FACILITY AGREEMENT <br /> [East Palo Ai#o] <br /> THI� AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 14th day of July, 2Q15 by and <br /> between the CfTY OF REDWOQD �ITY, a charter city and Municipai Co�aoration of the <br /> State c�f California ("City") and the CITY 4F East Pafo Alto, a municipal carporation of <br /> the �t�te of California ("Use�`). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, Gity has cQnstructed and operates a police #raining facility and pis#ol <br /> range lacated at 1301 Maple Strset, Redwvod City, Califiomia; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ci#y has a full-time employee as a Firearms Training Goordinator <br /> respansible for such facility and range; and <br /> WHEREAS, City has promulgated certain rules and regulations concerning <br /> satety, hc�urs of ap�ration, and g�n�ral use of the facifities; and <br /> WHEREAS, User seeks to use the training fiacility and pistol range af such times <br /> specified, including times wh�n said facility would otherwise be closed and not in use; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the desire of User to provide its own training superrrisor, �ut it is <br /> the intent of both parties that the City's Firearms Training Coordinato�r shall have <br /> paramount authority over the supervision of the trainin�facility and pistol range. <br /> NOW; THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as fotlows: <br /> 1.
