Section 1 of Ordinance No. 92G, entitled <br /> "Ordinance Establishing the Time and Place of Regular and <br /> Special Meetings of the Council of the City of Redwood City and <br /> the Redwood City Planning Commission; and, Repealing Ordinance <br /> No. 424 and all Ordinances in Conflict Herewith, " adopted <br /> January 19, 1959, is hereby amended to permit the City Council <br /> to conduct public hearings at the Regular Month"ly Study Meetings <br /> of the Council, said amendment to read as follows: <br /> "SECTION l. Regular Meetings: Regular meetings of <br /> the Council of the City of Redwood City shall be held on <br /> the first four Mondays of each rcionth, except when such <br /> Monday or the preceding �unday is a holiday as defined <br /> by Section 6700 of the Government Code of the State of <br /> California. <br /> " (a) On the first, third and fourth Mondays, the <br /> Council shall meet twice. The first meeting shall be known <br /> as the 'Regular Study Meeting' and shall be held at 7 :30 <br /> o 'clock P.M. , in the Board o� Supervisors Con�erence <br /> Room, Hall of Justice and Records, Redwood City, Califom ia. <br /> The Regular Study Meeting shall automatically terminate <br /> and adjourn at 7 :59 o'clock P.M. , without motion, vote <br /> or order. The Regular Study Meeting shall be limited to <br /> review and discussion of proposed legislative agenda <br /> items and the receipt and discussion of administrative <br /> reports. No legislative or other official action or <br /> determination whatsoever shall be made or taken at any <br />
