P- 974 <br /> CONCURRENT RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY AND <br /> THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OP THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> ESTABLISHING CERTAIN POLICIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE DIS- <br /> BURSEMENT OF ALL REMAINING MONIES FROM THE MARINA REVENUE <br /> FUND; AND RESCINDING CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NOS. 7929 AND P-825 <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 7929 and No. P-825 entitled, <br /> "Concurrent Resolution of the Council of Redwood City and the Board <br /> of Port Commissioners of the City of Redwood City Establishing <br /> Certain Policies Relating to the Transfer of Control and Jurisdiction <br /> of the Redwood City Municipal Marina to Said Board of Port Commissioners, " <br /> adopted November 21, 1977, by both said Council and Board (hereinafter <br /> sometimes referred to as "Concurrent Resolution No. 7929 and P-825) , " <br /> certain policies were established regarding the retention and use <br /> of monies then on deposit in the Marina Revenue Fund under the <br /> jurisdiction of said Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 1 (e) of <br /> Concurrent Resolution No. 7929 and P-825, the Council of Redwood City <br /> and the Board of Port Commissioners of said City mutually have deter- <br /> mined that said Marina Revenue Fund is no longer necessary for, or <br /> convenient to, the maintenance and operation of the small craft <br /> harbor facilities therein referenced, nor for the purposes for which <br /> said fund was established, and that the remaining monies on deposit <br /> therein should be disbursed as hereinafter set forth; and <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the disbursement of said remaining <br /> monies, said Council and said Board do desire to establish certain <br /> policies with respect to costs and revenues of the Port of Redwood City <br /> Yacht Harbor; <br />
