<br /> SWC·djk 12/17/87 (#6) '/'f/ßð <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1961 <br /> <br /> --------- <br />ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 3.125 TO CHAPTER 3 OF THE CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO MASTER SIGN <br />PERMITS <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Section 3.125 is hereby added to Chapter 3 of <br />the Redwood City Code to read as follows: <br /> "Section 3.125. Master Sign Permits. (a) A Master Sign <br />Permit shall be required for: <br /> " (1) All projects for which a Planned Development <br /> Permit is issued pursuant to the Redwood City Zoning <br /> Ordinance; <br /> " (2) Projects involving industrial and commercial <br /> structures with a minimum of six (6 ) units; and <br /> " (3) Projects involving construction or renovation <br /> of a building or buildings containing more than 25,000 <br /> square feet of space in areas zoned PO, CA, CB, CG, CP, <br /> IR and IP pursuant to the Redwood City Zoning <br /> Ordinance. For the purpose of this section, <br /> 'renovation' shall be defined as any project involving <br /> the reconstruction of thirty-three (33) percent or more <br /> of the square feet of space of a building. <br /> " (b) Applications for a Master Sign Permit shall be <br />submitted to the Building Official and shall include the <br />following, in addition to the information required by <br />Section 3.81: <br /> 196 ] <br /> _.,-- <br />
