<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />CORO NORTHERN CALIFORNIA <br />FELLOWS PROGRAM IN PUBLIC AFFAIRS, 2004-05 <br /> <br />GROUP PROJECT AGREEMENT <br /> <br />The services of three (3) Coro Fellows in Public Affairs are hereby made available to The City of Redwood City <br />(hereafter Host Organization) to conduct an assessment of developer fees levied in select Bay Area cities and examine <br />options for increasing recycled water and park development fees in Redwood City. See Project description attached as <br /> <br />Exhibit "A" (the "Project"). <br /> <br />The Host Organization, the Coro Fellows, and Coro Northern California, agree to the following: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Fellows' services will be available to the Host Organization full-time Monday through Thursday of each week, <br />including evenings (except on Tuesday) and weekends as necessary, from Tuesday, January 4, through Thursday, <br />January 27, 2005. . <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Susan Wheeler, Management Analyst, of the Host Organization will supervise the Project. Coro training staff will <br />also monitor and coach the Coro Fellows' progress on the Project. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Payment for the Project is $2,000 per Fellow ($6,000 total) and is due in full by January 3,2005. The fee is payable to <br />Coro Northern California. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />The Host Organization shall bear the costs of all additional Project-related expenses, including printing, binding, <br />reproductions, scanning, photography, audio-visual equipment usage, and Internet access, parking, telephone, <br /> <br />postage, and clerical assistance. The Host Organization will also reimburse the Coro Fellows for any mutually agreed <br />upon expenses. Coro Northern California shall not be responsible for any expenses associated with the Project. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />The Host Organization shall provide workspace and necessary equipment, computers, Internet connections, <br />supplies, and materials for the work of each Coro Pellow for the duration of the Project. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />The Host Organization understands that the Coro Fellows Group Project herein agreed upon and described is one <br />of seven major segments of a nine-month-long leadership training program. As such, the Coro Fellows will work on <br /> <br />the Project only during the period of January 3-28, 2005, and will complete the Project during this time. With <br />exception of a presentation to City Council in February (see Item 7), at no other time during the course of the <br />Fellows Program, before and especially after these dates, may the Coro Fellows or Coro staff devote attention to any <br /> <br />aspect of the Project. The development and description of the Project must take into account the above time frame <br />for its completion. <br />
