SWC:sh 6/12/86 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> 1986 SEWER SYSTEM SMOKE TESTING - <br /> SERVICE CONTRACT <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ~ day of <br /> <br />./~__~_~ , 1986, by and between THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, hereinafter <br /> <br />referred to as the "City" and KENNEDY/JENKS/CHILTON, INC., a <br />California corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Consultant"; <br /> <br /> W I TNE S S E TH <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City requires field and office assistance during <br />smoke testing of the City's sanitary sewer system plus assistance <br />in making recommendations for future work; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant has represented to City that is is <br />qualified and experienced to perform all of the services required <br />by City in connection with the smoke testing program; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, <br />agreements, and conditions contained herein, the parties hereto <br />do hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall provide the <br />following professional services in connection with the City's <br />smoke testing program: <br /> <br /> a) Field and office assistance during testing plus <br /> <br /> field inspection. <br /> <br /> b) Review results, make recommendations for work and <br /> assist in development of capital improvement <br /> program. <br /> <br /> 2. COMPENSATION. City shall compensate Consultant for all <br />services to be performed by Consultant pursuant to this Agreement <br /> <br /> <br />
