MJP:m~ 12/28/88 (#38/028) <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT FOR PREPARATION OF A WATER AND SEWER RATE STUDY <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made this lQ~ day of ~d~.~ , 1989, <br /> by <br /> <br />and between CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the <br />State of California ("City"), and KENNEDY/JENKS/CHILTON, 543 <br />Byron Street, Palo Alto, CA 94301, a California Corporation <br />("Consultant"); <br /> <br /> WI TNE S S ET H : <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City requires a water and sewer rate study; and <br />WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it is qualified to <br />conduct this study in accordance with the terms and conditions <br />hereinafter set forth; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall furnish those <br />services for the Project as set forth in Consultant's proposal, <br />which is attached as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br /> <br /> 2. COMPENSATION. Services will be compensated on the basis <br />of the attached "Schedule of Charges", attached hereto as Exhibit <br />"B". The City will reimburse the Consultant for direct expenses <br />incurred by the Consultant, in performance of the work on the <br />basis set forth in the Schedule of Charges (Exhibit B). Total <br />costs to the City incurred under this agreement shall not exceed <br /> <br /> <br />
