DCB:rks 6/06/84 <br /> <br /> A R E E M E N T DU?LIC;JE <br /> <br /> for the <br /> <br /> IMPROVEMENTS OF NORTH COTE PLACE SUBDIVISION <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ,/~ day of <br /> ,~.~ 1984, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, <br /> <br /> a municipal corporation of the State of California, hereinafter <br /> <br /> called "City," and NORTH COTE GROUP, hereinafter called <br /> <br /> "Subdivider"; <br /> <br /> W I TN E S S ET H : <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Subdivider is engaged in subdividing that certain <br />tract of land known and designated as North Cote Place <br />Subdivision situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San <br />Mateo, State of California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has determined that <br /> <br />the final map is in conformity with the tentative map for this <br />proposed subdivision; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Subdivider has requested that the final map be <br /> <br />approved prior to the construction and completion of the public <br />improvements, including all public utility facilities which are a <br />part of, or appurtenant to, the abovementioned subdivision, such <br />improvements to be in accordance with and as required by the City <br />Standard Specifications, dated August, 1974, and the City's <br />Standard Details. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in order to insure satisfactory performance <br /> <br />by Subdivider of its obligations under Chapter 30 of the Code of <br />the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of <br />said City, and in consideration of the approval of the tentative <br /> <br /> <br />
