This permit is subject to the <br />following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Parade, Festival, and Arts and Craft Fair: Said activities shall be sponsored <br />by the Permittee. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Revocation: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Non-Transferability: This permit is non-transferable. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Location: The parade herein permitted shall be conducted and the route <br />reserved therefor, in the areas shown on the attached map, on letter dated <br />February 2, 1999. The fair and festival herein permitted shall be conducted <br />and the streets reserved therefore on Broadway between Main and Winslow <br />Streets, and Hamilton and Middlefield Streets between Theater/Middlefield <br />and Marshall Street. In conjunction with the fireworks display and in <br />agreement with the affected property owners, Chesapeake Drive shall be <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />13665 <br />
