Mr. MalcmeyWas iî1troduced and stated that hard liquor would require a license and ABC regulations would have to be followed even though we are a chartered city. Mr. Guida asked if' the camnittee was going to make reccmnendations for capital 1mprovements? He reminded the cœmission of previous recamnenda tions that had not been canpleted. Mr. Morton answered that the recarmendatiosn had been submitted after the budget had been accepted and that they were being carried out. Mrs. Terrill concluded that the cœrmi ttee would suggest capital improvements.
