Mr. MalcmeyWas iî1troduced and stated that hard <br />liquor would require a license and ABC regulations would have to be followed <br />even though we are a chartered city. Mr. Guida asked if' the camnittee was going <br />to make reccmnendations for capital 1mprovements? He reminded the cœmission of <br />previous recamnenda tions that had not been canpleted. Mr. Morton answered that <br />the recarmendatiosn had been submitted after the budget had been accepted and that <br />they were being carried out. Mrs. Terrill concluded that the cœrmi ttee would <br />suggest capital improvements. <br /> <br />
