Outgoing Commissioner Don <br />Davis was recognized for his 15+ years of service on the Commission. Mr. <br />Davis spoke about the highlights during his tenure on the Commission and <br />recommended the new Commissioners stay on for more than one t~rm. <br />Several of the Commissioners and staff thanked Mr. Davis for his work on the <br />Commission. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Commissioner Swope requested a correction to the June minutes under Item <br />1, second paragraph, third sentence which should read: "He felt that if <br />dumping of coals rather than the use of BBQ coals was an issue at Stafford <br />Park, then the Commission should change the rules to reflect this." <br /> <br />MIS Swope/Truscelli: To approve the June minutes as corrected. <br />Motion passed. <br />(Yes-4, Absentions-2; Slusser, White not present at June meeting) <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br /> <br />There was no correspondence. <br /> <br />ITEM 1 - INTERIM RULES AT STAFFORD PARK <br /> <br />Superintendent Hover reviewed the staff report regarding the interim rules at <br />Stafford Park. Staff was requesting that the Commission consider this matter <br /> <br />
