REG:yc:4/17/64-7 <br />R E S O L U T I O N N O. - <br />41i, <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING REVOCABLE PERMISSION TO SAN <br />FRANCISCO BAY GIRL SCOUT COUNCIL, INC., TO USE <br />A PORTION OF CITY LAND WITHIN THE REDWOOD CITY <br />MARINE HARBOR <br />WHEREAS, the San Francisco Bay Girl Scout Council, Inc., <br />has made request to the City Council of the City of Redwood City <br />for permission to use a portion of the Marine Harbor property, <br />the specific location of which is shown on that certain plan <br />entitled "Plan Showing Layout of Buildings & Dock for Girl <br />Mariners Ship No. 26091" prepared by H. C. Armitage, Civil Engi- <br />neer, San Carlos, California, for the activities of the San <br />Francisco Bay Girl Scout Council, Inc., and "Mariner Ship 2609," <br />or any other group or unit of said Girl Scout Council, and to <br />maintain thereon certain improvements not presently on said <br />premises; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Revocable permission is hereby given to the San Francisco <br />Bay Girl Scout Council, Inc., hereinafter called "Permittee," <br />to use a portion of the Marine Harbor property, the specific <br />location of which is shown on that certain plan entitled "Plan <br />Showing Layout of Buildings & Dock for Girl Mariners Ship No. 2609," <br />prepared by H. C. Armitage, Civil Engineer, San Carlos, California, <br />which plan is on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the <br />purpose of conducting thereon various activities of the Mariner <br />Ship 2609 group, or any other group or unit of the Girl Scout <br />Council, and to construct and maintain improvements thereon; <br />provided, however, that no improvements of any type, nature, or <br />
