-- 0 R I G I N A L _ 2/10/97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12992 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT <br /> AND REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN <br /> CONNECTION THEREWITH <br /> <br /> (SPANISH IMMERSION SCHOOL RUN/WALK FUNDRAISER) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain letter permit issued to Ms. Gina Simmering of Spanish <br />Immersion Magnet School for the use of certain public rights-of-way in <br />connection with the SPANISH IMMERSION SCHOOL RUN/WALK <br />FUNDRAISER on March 8, 1997, in the form of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached <br />hereto and by this reference incorporated herein is hereby approved, the <br />regulation of the public rights-of-way described therein is hereby adopted <br />pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 21100, and the Chief of Police is hereby <br />authorized to issue said permit. <br /> <br /> Reso-124 <br />G:~shared~edw(x)d~Council <br /> DES:djk <br /> 01/15/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
