I I i <br /> <br /> DES:djk ~/23/96 (063/41) <br /> DES:djk'_~/26/96R <br /> ~0RIGINAL <br /> 2/5/96 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12689 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AND ADOPTING SALARY AND RELATED <br /> COMPENSATION PLANS FOR POSITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT WITH THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY INCLUDED IN THE EXECUTIVE <br /> MANAGEMENT GROUP, AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 12133 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The monthly salary rates in dollars are hereby <br />established for positions included in the Executive Management <br />Group of the City of Redwood City as set forth in Exhibits "A" <br />and "B" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein, and the hourly and bi-weekly equivalent <br />rates for such positions as set forth in said Exhibits are <br />likewise hereby established, in ranges, effective from and after <br />October 1, 1995 (Exhibit A), and commencing October 1, 1996 <br />(Exhibit B), respectively. <br /> <br /> 2. Persons appointed on a part-time basis to positions in <br />the employment classifications designated in Exhibits A and B <br />hereof shall be compensated on an hourly basis in accordance with <br />the salary rates set forth in said Exhibits for the respective <br />positions of employment. <br /> <br /> 3. That certain document entitled "City of Redwood City - <br />Executive Management Summary of Benefits, October 1, 1995 - April <br />30, 1997", marked Exhibit "C" hereof, attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein, setting forth terms and conditions <br />of employment (other than the salary rates established pursuant <br />to paragraph 1 hereof) pertaining to the positions included in <br /> <br /> <br />
