<br />.... <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />PARKING METER MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> <br />This A....er~ement, hereinafter referred to as "Agreement" is entered into on <br />~ 2008 by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />(iorpo@!ifAn _ of_~tie state of California, hereinafter referred to as "City" and Ampco System <br />Parking, a California Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor". <br /> <br />1. LOCATION <br /> <br />This Agreement pertains to the provision of Customer Service Assistance, <br />hereinafter referred to as the "Services" at various locations throughout the central <br />business district of Redwood City, State of California, hereinafter called the <br />"Premises". <br /> <br />2. TERM <br /> <br />This term of this Agreement shall be month-to-month commencing on January 14, <br />2008 and shall self-renew each month unless either party hereto shall provide the <br />other with thirty (30) day written notice of its intent to terminate this Agreement. <br /> <br />3. SERVICES <br /> <br />Contractor shall perform the following Services for City in compliance with all laws <br />and ordinances applicable thereto: <br /> <br />A. Respond to the following equipment malfunctions at the City's designated <br />multi-space parking meters during the designated operating hours: <br /> <br />I. Coin jams <br /> <br />ii. Bill jams <br /> <br />III. Paper jams <br /> <br />iv. Printer empty <br /> <br />B. Furnish personnel for the duties required of Contractor under this Agreement; <br /> <br />C. Make disbursements as hereinafter provided; <br /> <br />D. Consult with City on all matters related to the Services. <br /> <br />4. OPERATING EXPENSES <br /> <br />Operating expenses shall include but will not be limited to: <br /> <br />A. Wages of assigned employees; <br /> <br />B. Payroll related expenses such as payroll taxes, accrued vacation, fringe <br />benefits, social security taxes, recruitment and employment costs, medical <br />insurance(s), pension costs; <br /> <br />C. Workers' compensation insurance charged out at a rate developed and <br />modified by Contractor as required by risk and reserve assessments of <br />Contractor; <br /> <br />D. Liability insurance covering the vehicle to be provided by Contractor to the <br />extent required of Contractor in this Agreement, which shall be charged at the <br />rate of $150 per month; <br /> <br />Page 1 of 6 <br /> <br />Initials <br /> <br />IT] <br />
