RESOLUTION NO. P- 2405 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />PERMIT TO USE SPACE <br />(GOLDEN STATE BRIDGE, INC.) <br />Whereas, Golden State Bridge, Inc. {"Permittee") desires to use space of <br />approximately 15,000 SF of land area adjacent to Wharf 5 and 120 feet of wharf length <br />at Wharf 5 (the "Space") <br />Whereas, Permittee desires to use Wharf 5 to berth barges and tugs at least two <br />nights per week and on weekends and a 40 -foot crew boat may be berthed daily. The <br />land area described within the Space will be used for material storage and parking. <br />Whereas, the term of the Permit is from March 15, 2020, to March 14, 2022. <br />Whereas, the Permit contains an option for Permittee to extend the Permit for a <br />period of one (1) year. <br />Whereas, the monthly fee for the non-exclusive use of the Space by Permittee is <br />Nine Thousand Six Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($9,600.00). <br />Whereas, the Permit has been presented to this Board for its review and <br />approval. <br />Whereas, it is the intent of this Board to approve the Permit. <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />Port/reso <br />02/26/20 <br />1.
