R E S O L U T 1 0 N N O. P- 2410 <br />RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION 2403 AND <br />APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE POSITION OF PORT MANAGER <br />(EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR) AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />EXECUTION OF THE AGREEMENT. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the <br />State of California, by and through its Board of Port Commissioners (the "Port"), <br />entered into a written agreement (the "Employment Agreement") with Kristine A. <br />Zortman for the position of Port Manager ("Executive Director"); and <br />WHEREAS, a proposed Agreement entitled "First Amendment to <br />Employment Agreement — Executive Director" (the "Proposed First Amendment") <br />was presented to this Board on January 8, 2020, for review and approval; and <br />WHEREAS, on January 8, 2020, in open session, this Board approved <br />the Proposed First Amendment with certain modifications (the "First <br />Amendment"), as evidenced by Resolution No. 2403; and <br />WHEREAS, as a result of additional revisions that had to be made to the <br />First Amendment subsequent to the approval of the First Amendment, the First <br />Amendment has not been fully executed; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board of Port Commissioners (this "Board") and the <br />Executive Director desire to amend the Employment Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board a revised agreement <br />entitled, "First Amendment to Employment Agreement — Executive Director" (the <br />-1 - <br />04/16/20 <br />
