COFFMAN, a singl e woman, as her sole and separate property, was the original TRUSTOR, and THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, A REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF ST ATE OF CALIFORNIA, the original TRUSTEE, and THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION AND THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, the original BENEFICIARY of the certain Deed of Trust with Power of Sale dated July 12, 2006, and recorded as Instrument Number 2006-104826 on July 14, 2006 in Official Records of the County of San Mateo, State of California (the "Deed of Trust"): and WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation is the housing successor to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 34176 and is thus the Beneficiary of the Deed of Trust; and WHEREAS, the Deed of Trust Irrevocably granted, transferred and assigned to the original Trustee In Trust, with power of sale, the property In San Mateo County, California, with the address of 1231 Warren Street, Unit 105, Redwood City, California (the "Property"); and WHEREAS, the Deed of Trust provided the orlglnal Truster with flnanclal assistance (the "Loan") with the principal sum of Forty Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Two & No/100 Dollars ($40,592.00), which the original Trustor promised to pay to the original Beneficiary as described in the Promissory Note titled Promissory Note (Agency Assisted) Wyndham Place Resale Program Secured by Deed of Trust dated July 12, 2006 (the "Promissory Note"); and WHEREAS, the Loan has been fully repaid, and the undersigned successor Beneficiary desires to substitute First American Title Company as the new Trustee under said Deed of Trust. NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned hereby substitutes First American Title Company as Trustee under said Deed of Trust, and First American Title Company, as the substituted Trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the Estate now held thereunder.
