<br />."t4 <br /> <br />CGM:wb 1/20/81 <br /> <br />8783 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JAN 2 6 1981 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL ~ffiP OF <br />GREENHOUSE GARDEN SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br />SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain final map of Greenhouse Garden Subdivision in <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, prepared by Wm. Jay Hammond, Civil <br /> <br />Engineers, for Greenhouse Gardens (Redwood City) Homes, Ltd., <br /> <br />owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works as being in conformity with the <br /> <br />tentative map for this subdivision, is approved, subject to the <br /> <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That, prior to the recordation of said final map by City, <br />the owner or subdivider of said subdivision shall enter <br />into and execute that certain proposed subdivision agree- <br />ment on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled <br />"Agreement for Greenhouse Garden Subdivision," wherein <br />the owner or subdivider, in consideration of the approval <br />of said map by the City, shall agree to construct and <br />complete, in the time specified in said agreement, all <br />streets and other improvements required of owner under <br />the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of <br />Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of said <br />City, and such other street, sewer or other improvements <br />designated or mentioned in said agreement and/or set <br />forth in the plans and specifications for the improvement <br />of Greenhouse Garden Subdivision on file in the office of <br />the Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />2. That, prior to the recordation of said final map by City, <br />the owner or subdivider shall furnish to the City and <br />file with the City Clerk a good and sufficient security <br />in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, securing <br />the faithful performance by said owner or subdivider of <br />all work and the construction of all improvements desig- <br />natedor mentioned in said agreement, and within the time <br />therein specified, the amount of said security to be <br />Two Hundred Eighty-five Thousand and No/lOO Dollars <br />($285,000.00) and also a good and sufficient security in <br />a form to be approved by the City Attorney securing the <br />payment by said owners or subdividers of all bills for <br />labor and materials incurred in the construction of any <br />and all said improvements, and the doing of all other <br />work therein agreed to be done by the said owner or <br />subdivider, the amount of said security to be Two Hundred <br />Eighty-five Thousand and No/IOO Dollars ($285,000.00). <br /> <br />8783 <br />
