The Project is also referred to as <br />“US101/SR84 Interchange Improvement Project,” and “SR 84/US101 Interchange Reimagined.” <br />This charter also provides a framework to establish the working relationship between the project <br />partners, which will be important as the team prepares the design phase of the Project. Furthermore, <br />the charter will begin to establish how work will be coordinated related to project deliverables, quality <br />control and quality assurance, and project control responsibilities. <br />This charter is meant as a guide; it is a non-binding agreement and will not take the place of specific <br />cooperative agreements, which will be required for individual phases of the project.
