<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N NO.. 1431 <br />ORDERING ABATEMENT OF PREMISES AT 1903 EL CAMINO REAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS L. M. DUNCAN, the Building Inspector of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City, did, as required by Ordinance No. )0), post a <br /> <br />notice to abate nuisance upon the real property situated in said <br /> <br />City, County of San Mateo, State of California, and particularly <br /> <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 9 and 10, Block 7, Hancock <br />Addition, commonly known as <br />1903 El Camino Real, Redwood City, <br />California; <br /> <br />and did send a copy of sald notice so posted, by registered mail, <br /> <br /> <br />postage prepaid, to the owners of said real property, as said <br /> <br /> <br />owners are listed upon the books of the City Assessor of said City <br /> <br /> <br />of Redwood City, to wit: <br /> <br />Chas. E. and Vista Rider <br />18 Elwood street <br />\ Redwood City, Calif. <br /> <br />WHEREAS in and by said notice to abate nuisance said Building <br />Inspector of the City of Redwood City did fix Monday, January 26, <br />1953, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m. of said day, in the Council <br />Chamber at the City Hall on Middlefield Road in said City of Red- <br /> <br />wood City, as the time and place when the owners of the buildings <br /> <br />situated upon said real property could a)pear and be heard and show <br /> <br />cause why said buildings should not be condemned as a public <br /> <br />nuisance and abated by reconstructing or properly repairing said <br /> <br />buildings or by razing or removing the same; and whereas said hear- <br />ing was duly and regularly continued until February 9, 1953, and <br />again duly and regularly continued until Febru~ry 16, 1953, and <br />again duly and regularly continued until March 2, 1953; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS said Council did proceed with said hearing on Monday, <br /> <br />March 2, 1953, <br /> <br />and after considering all <br /> <br />-1- <br />
