R E S O L U T I O N N 0. 1656 <br />GRANTING VARIANCE TO CHAS. BUBNIAK <br />TO ALLOW REDUCTION OF SIDE YARD RE- <br />QUIREMENTS TO 00' ON PORTION OF LOT <br />16 BLOCK 7 1 NEW HIGH SCHOOL ACRES. <br />WHEREAS, The Planning Commission of Redwood City has <br />submitted the application of Chas. Bubniak for variance <br />or adjustment with the recommendation that such application <br />be granted, and <br />WHEREAS, the Council of . the City of Redwood City has <br />considered said application for variance or adjustment and <br />in accordance with Section 20 of Ordinance No. 600 of the <br />City of Redwood City, now therefore, <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS; <br />1. Said Council hereby finds that the following <br />conditions exist: <br />(a) That there are exceptional or extraordinary <br />circumstances which apply 'to the land, building or use <br />referred to in the application, which circumstances or <br />B <br />conditions do not generally apply to land, buildings, or <br />uses in the same district. <br />(b) The granting of the application is necessary f or <br />the preservation and enjoyment of substantial property <br />rights of the petitioner. <br />(c) That the granting of such application will not <br />materially affect adversely neighboring property or the <br />public welfare or the health or safety of persons residing <br />or working in the neighborhood. <br />2. Said Council hereby grants to Chas. Bubniak a <br />variance in the side yard requirements on the westerly <br />property line to reduce the side yard requirement to 00' <br />-1- <br />
