N o J `�2� R E S O L U T I O N 18 GRANTING VARIANCE TO LORAINE F. CULBERTSON TO CONSTRUCT WALL ACROSS PLAN LINE ON PORTION OF LOT 62 AND 63 , TOWN OF MEZESVILLE . WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Redwood City has sub- mitted the application of LORAINE F. CULBERTSON for a variance with the recommendation that such application be granted; and WHEREAS, the Council of Redwood City has considered said application for variance in accordance with Section 20 of Ordinance No. 600, said ordinance being the zoning ordinance of the City of Redwood City; NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF REUKOOD CITY HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: 1. Said Council finds that the following conditions exist: a) That there are exceptional or extraordinary circumstances which apply to the land, build- ing or use referred to in the application, which circumstances or conditions do not generally apply to lands, buildings, or uses in the same district. b) That the granting of the application is necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of substantial property rights of the petitioner. c) That the granting of such application will not materially affect adversely neighboring property or the public welfare or the health or safety of persons residing or working in the neighborhood. 2. Said Council hereby grants to LORAINE F. CULBERTSON a variance to allow construction of a non - structural wall on the hereinafter described property: All that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of Calif ornia, described as follows: Portion of Lots 62 and 63, as designated on the map entitled "TOWN OF MEZESVILLE (MAIN STREET LOTS) ", which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California, on August 1, 1856 in Book 1 of Maps at page 79, more particu- -1-
