0 R I G I N A L 1/6/97 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2121 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 2.111, 2.121, 2.131, AND <br /> 25.6 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> RELATING TO THE TERMS OF OFFICE OF MEMBERS OF THE <br /> CIVIC CULTURAL COMMISSION, BOARD OF BUILDING <br /> REVIEW, SENIOR AFFAIRS COMMISSION, AND PARK AND <br /> RECREATION COMMISSION, RESPECTIVELY <br /> <br /> The Council of Redwood City does ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Section 2.111 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 2.111. The term of office of each member of the <br /> Civic Cultural Commission shall be four (4) years, expiring on <br /> May 31 of the fourth year; provided, however, that appointments to <br /> the Commission shall be made such that terms shall expire in even- <br /> numbered years." <br /> <br /> Section 2. Section 2.121 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 2.121. The term of office of each member of the <br /> Board of Building Review shall be four (4) years, expiring on <br /> May 31 of the fourth year; provided, however, that appointments to <br /> the Board shall be made such that terms shall expire in even- <br /> numbered years." <br /> <br /> Section 3. Section 2.131 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 2.131. The term of office of each member of the <br /> Senior Affairs Commission shall be four (4) years, expiring on May <br /> 31 of the fourth year; provided, however, that appointments to the <br /> Commission shall be made such that terms shall expire in even- <br /> numbered years." <br /> <br /> Section 4.
