REG :12/10/59 -7 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2964 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXCEPTION TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS <br /> OF ORDINANCE NO. 631, BEING THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE <br /> OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 7 of Ordinance No. 631, being <br /> the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Redwood City, the Planning <br /> Commission has received and recommended approval of the application <br /> of Anthony Ferlito, 1i45 Vera Avenue, Redwood City, California, for <br /> an exception to the provisions of Section 5.31 of said Ordinance <br /> No. 631 to allow the subdivision of the hereinafter described <br /> property into two lots, one of which would have a width of approx- <br /> imately forty -three (43) feet instead of the required fifty (50) <br /> feet and one of which would meet all legal requirements of said <br /> Section 5.31; and <br /> WHEREAS, the property for which application to subdivide is <br /> made is all that certain real property situated in the City of <br /> Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, described <br /> as "Portion of Lot 3 in Block 'J' as shown on that certain map <br /> entitled 'Wooster, Whitton and hontgomery' s Subdivision of a part <br /> of the Redwood Farm,'" filed in the office of the County Recorder <br /> of San Mateo County on July 9, 1902 in Book "E" of Maps at page 31; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, said applicant has submitted a tentative map of the <br /> proposed subdivision in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance <br /> No. 631 and said map has been recommended for approval by the <br /> Planning Commission and has been reviewed by the Council of the <br /> City of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found and reported to <br /> this Council that exceptional circumstances and conditions exist <br /> which affect said property; that the exception applied for is <br />
