RD 75-01 RD-75-01 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAN <br /> FOR REDEVELOPMENT OF SELECTED PROJECT AREA; DIRECTING <br /> TRANSMITTAL OF CERTAIN INFORMATION RELATING THERETO <br /> TO THE SAN MATEO COUNTY AUDITOR AND TAX ASSESSOR; <br /> AND DIRECTING pLANNING DIRECTOR TO PREPARE REDEVELOP- <br /> MENT PLAN BASED THEREON <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City heretofore <br />designated an area within the City as a survey area and directed <br />that a study of such area be conducted to determine the feasi- <br />bility of a redevelopment project within said area; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, pursuant to such direction, selected a project area <br />comprising a part of said survey area for a study and formulated <br />a Preliminary Plan for the redevelopment of a project area; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has submitted such Prelimi- <br />nary Plan to this Council acting as Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council acting as Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Redwood City has reviewed and desires to accept and <br />approve said Preliminary Plan and to direct that a redevelopment <br /> <br />plan be prepared for such project area; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The Preliminary Plan for the redevelopment of E1 Camino <br />Real I Project Area, submitted by the Planning Commission is <br />hereby accepted and approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The city Clerk is hereby directed to transmit to the <br /> <br />San Mateo County Auditor and Tax Assessor the following information <br /> <br /> RD 75-. <br /> <br /> <br />
