RD-84-6 RD-84-6 RD 84-06 RD 84-6 JUL 23 1984 <br /> CONCURRENT RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AND REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AND LINCOLN PROPERTY <br /> COMPANY NO. 388 CONCERNING SEAPORT BOULEVARD <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY TNE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AND BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ACTING AS <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Section of 1(a) of the Agreement between the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City, the City of <br />Redwood City, and Lincoln Property Company No. 388, L.T.D., a <br />California limited partnership, the rights under which have been <br />assigned to Seaport Centre Venture, a California general <br />partnership hereinafter called ("Seaport"), who have assumed all <br />rights and duties of Lincoln Property Company No. 388 thereunder <br />concerning Seaport Boulevard, entitled "Agreement", adopted <br />pursuant to Resolution 9288 and Resolution No. RD-83-01, is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "1. The Pro~ect. (a) The Project as <br /> <br /> herein referred to for purposes of reimbursement, <br /> shall include the reconstruction and widening of <br /> Seaport Boulevard from the easterly right-of-way <br /> of U.S. 101 to a point one hundred fifty feet <br /> (150') northeasterly of Seaport Court (entrance <br /> <br /> 9635 <br /> RD 84-6 <br /> <br /> <br />
