RD-89-10 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION RECEIVING AND AUTHORIZING CIRCULATION OF <br /> DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR THE SECOND <br /> AMENDMENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR REDEVELOPMENT <br /> PROJECT NO. 2, SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING THEREON, AND <br /> AUTHORIZING PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF COMPLETION AND <br /> AVAILABILITY OF DRAFT EIR AND PUBLIC HEARING THEREON <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br />City has caused to be prepared a Draft Environmental Impact <br />Report (dated for reference August, 1989 and hereinafter referred <br />to as "Draft EIR") for the Second Amendment to the Redevelopment <br />Plan for Redwood City Redevelopment Project No. 2, in accordance <br />with the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act, <br />the State CEQA Guidelines, and local procedures adopted pursuant <br />thereto; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The Draft EIR is hereby received by the Agency as the <br />Agency's Draft EIR for said Project for the purpose of <br />circulation for review and comment by public agencies and members <br />of the public. Written comments shall be received in the <br />Planning Division of the City of Redwood City, located on the <br />second floor of City Hall, until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 13, <br />1989. Oral comments will be received through the close of the <br />public hearing described in 2. below. <br /> <br /> 2. The Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City <br />will hold a public hearing to receive comments on the Draft EIR <br />on September 19, 1989, at 7:30 p.m., in the Board of Supervisors <br />Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, 401 Marshall Street, <br />Redwood City, California. <br /> <br /> <br />
