y � . <br />RES 0LUTI0N N0. 4532 <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MODIFY AND AMEND <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 4493 <br />HAWES COURT AND VICINITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT <br />RESOLVED, by the Council of Redwood City as follows: <br />1. That the public convenience and interest require and <br />that it is the intention of said Council to modify Resolution <br />of Intention No. 4+93 adopted by the Council of the City of <br />Redwood City on December 28, 1964, to provide for the increase <br />and decrease of assessments as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof by reference thereto, except that <br />the City of Redwood City intends to contribute to the cost of <br />said improvements the sum of Seven Thousand Dollars (7,000.00). <br />2. That there is no increase or decrease in the total cost <br />of the project by reason of the contemplated change and modifica- <br />tion as set forth in paragraph 1 hereof, except as the cost to be <br />assessed may be varied by the proposed contribution of the City of <br />Redwood City as set forth in paragraph 1 hereof, but that indiv- <br />idual assessments are intended to be amended in the manner set <br />forth in Exhibit "A ". <br />3• That Monday, March 1, 1965 at the hour of 8:00 o'clock <br />P.M., in the Chambers of the Board of Supervisors, Hall of Justice <br />and Records, Redwood City, California, are the time and place <br />appointed and fixed by this Council for hearing protests in <br />relation to said proposed modification and amendment, and all <br />persons interested therein may appear at said time and place to <br />show cause why said modification and amendment should not be <br />made, or may file a written protest with the City Clerk at or <br />before the time and date set for hearing the proposed change <br />and modification in the manner referred to herein. <br />-1- <br />
