• RZek 2/8/65-7 <br />R E S 0 L U T I O N N 0. . 4 5, 46 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br />FOR BOND COUNSEL SERVICES, REDWOOD CITY GENERAL <br />IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS NO. 1 -65, NO. 2 -65 AND <br />NO. 3-65 <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable that the City obtain <br />the services of bond counsel for the purpose of acquiring a legal <br />opinion on the validity of bonds proposed to be issued by Redwood <br />City General Improvement Districts No. 1 -65, No. 2 -65 and No. 3 -65; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the firm of Orrick, Dahlquist, Herrington & <br />Sutcliffe is expertly qualified to perform such services and <br />has offered its services for said purpose in a letter addressed <br />to the City Attorney, dated February 5, 1965, copy of which is <br />attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein as if <br />set forth herein verbatim; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />The proposed letter agreement attached hereto and marked <br />Exhibit "A" is hereby approved and the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute an acceptance and approval <br />of the same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> 1 N <br />
