AGREEMENT <br /> FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ~'/ day of <br /> <br /> , 2003, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD Cl' Y, a charter <br />city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and Curtis 'Nilliams and <br />Associates ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties"). <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City proposes to prepare a Precise Plan for the M~ dna Shores <br />Village Project Mixed Use Project in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"', and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires )rofessional <br />planning services to provide project review and management of entitlen lent permits <br />services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and is <br />qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform projecl review and <br />management of entitlement permits and related services further described 1 Exhibit "A" <br /> <br />hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> 2. COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT.
