AGREEMENT ORIGINAL <br /> FOR <br /> <br /> CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS ON 'FWIN DOLPHIN <br /> DRIVE EAST OF REDWOOD SHORES PARKWAY <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this L0'~day of <br /> <br />1997, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation <br />of the State of California, ("City"), and BAY CLUB PENINSULA, INC., a <br />California Corporation, and the owner of record of said real property located at <br />200 Redwood Shores Parkway, Redwood City, California (~Owner"); <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Owner proposes to construct certain real property <br />improvements on Twin Dolphin Drive east of Redwood Shores Parkway between <br />the Pacific Athletic Club and Adecco (the "Property") situated in the City of <br />Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, consisting of a parking <br />area; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Owner has requested that construction of certain <br />improvements (as defined below), title to which is proposed to be conveyed to <br />City for public purposes, be constructed at the Property, which improvements are <br />to be constructed in accordance with, and as required by, the plans, <br />specifications, and details hereinafter described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in order to ensure satisfactory performance by <br />Owner of Owner's obligations under Article VII, Chapter 29, General Street <br /> <br />F :~.shared'~R edwood'~Counctl 1 <br />Agmt-122 <br />FXS:djk <br />09109/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
