RD-97-06 RD 97-06 RD-97-6 RD 97-6 <br /> <br />"--- A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RECEIVING THE <br /> PRELIMINARY PLAN FOR THE AREA TO BE ADDED TO <br /> REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO. 2, ESTABLISHING THE <br /> BASE YEAR ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE FOURTH <br /> AMENDMENT SUB-AREA, AUTHORIZING AND <br /> DIRECTING THE FILING OF INFORMATION REQUIRED BY <br /> SECTION 33327 OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br /> LAW, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF A FILING FEE TO <br /> THE STATE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Council Resolution No. 1~066 adopted the <br /> "Amended 1997 Redevelopment Survey Area" ("Survey Area") and <br /> requested that the Planning Commission conduct feasibility studies, <br /> select boundaries from within the Survey Area, and formulate a <br /> Preliminary Plan that would provide for expansion of the Project Area <br /> of Redevelopment Project No. 2 as adopted by Ordinance No. 1862 and <br /> as altered by Ordinance No. 1911 and Ordinance No. 2007; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Planning Commission, working with the <br /> Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City, has reviewed the <br /> Survey Area for the purpose of determining if an amendment to the <br /> Redevelopment Project No. 2 to add territory is feasible; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. Pc-97-1 the Planning Commission on <br /> May 6, 1997, amended the Preliminary Plan for Redevelopment Project No. 2 <br /> by selecting and designating as the "Fourth Amendment Sub-Area" that area <br /> proposed to be added to the Redevelopment Project, approved the <br /> "Preliminary Plan for Redevelopment of the Area Added to Redevelopment <br /> <br /> 1 <br /> AK/DES: 5/1/97 <br /> RDA Reso Accepting Prelination Plan. v.3 <br /> <br /> <br />
