RD-98-08 RD 98-08 RD-98-8 RD 98-8 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING THE AGENCY'S REPORT TO <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL, INCLUDING THE SUPPLEMENTARY <br /> REPORT, ON THE PROPOSED FOURTH AMENDMENT TO THE <br /> REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO. 2, <br /> AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF REPORT AND FOURTH <br /> AMENDMENT TO CITY COUNCIL, CONSENTING TO JOINT <br /> PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED FOURTH AMENDMENT, <br /> AND AUTHORIZING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED <br /> AMENDMENT TO THE IMPLEMENTATION PLAN. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City <br />("Agency") has prepared the Fourth Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for <br />Redevelopment Project No. 2 ("Fourth Amendment"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Agency has submitted the proposed Fourth Amendment <br />to the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City for its report and <br />recommendation and has received such report and recommendation; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 33352 and 33354.6 of the California <br />Community Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code Section 33000 et seq.) <br />the Agency has prepared a Report to City Council on the Fourth Amendment to <br />the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project No. 2 ("Report to City <br />Council"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33328.5 (c) of the California Community <br />Redevelopment Law, the Agency has included within the Report to City Council <br />the information required to be within a Supplementary Report; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Sections 33355 and 33354.6 of the California Community <br />Redevelopment Law authorize a joint public hearing on the proposed Fourth <br />Amendment with the consent of the Agency and the City Council of the City of <br />Redwood City ("City Council"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Agency on December 19, 1994, by Resolution No. RD-94- <br />25, adopted a Five-Year Implementation Plan ("Implementation Plan") pursuant <br /> <br /> -1- RD 98-08 <br /> AK/DES: 4/20/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
