Amount. Transportation e�aenses shall be cornputed <br /> as f ollows: <br /> (a� Actual costs, not to excoed � m�.ximum corapu��d <br /> at Nine Cents (g¢�� per mile for milea actua].l�r traveled, <br /> for transpor'tation or convegance by carrier service, <br /> includin� ta:�icabs, or any privatel3,T owned conveyance .
