'"'�yy... <br /> � �k;..:�.r' ,...,.,�,. <br /> • <br /> bUPl.�GATE <br /> ORIGINAL ' <br /> CGM:mf 9/7/82 <br /> A G R E E M E N T <br /> AGREEMENT, made and entered into this "C�day of <br /> � <br /> 4=� � U�U�� . 1982 , by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> a municipal corporation of the State of California, hereinafter <br /> called "City, " and PRICE COMPANY, a California corporation, <br /> hereinafter called "Developer; " <br /> W I T N E S S E T H : <br /> 4�7HEREAS, Developer desires to develop a certain tract of land <br /> in the vicinity of Heller Street, Willow Street and Laurel Street <br /> in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of <br /> Caiifornia; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City is willing to grant the required approvals <br /> to effectuate the development of the proposed project subject to <br /> certain conditions; and <br /> WHEREAS, City and Developer desire to enter into an agreement <br /> to provide for the obligations of each party; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1 . Developer shall prepare plans and specifications that shall <br /> provide the following work: <br /> (a) Grading, paving; <br /> (b) Curbs, gutter, sidewalks , driveways; <br /> (c) Sanitary sewer system, complete; <br /> (d) Water system, complete; <br /> (e) Storm drainage system, complete; <br /> (f) Street lighting system, complete; <br /> (g) Street monuments, street trees; <br /> (h) Traffic Signal System at D�iddlefield Road and <br /> Charter Street; <br /> (i) Remove existing improvements in portions of <br /> streets abandoned in connection with project; <br /> (j ) All conditions of Use P�rmit N�. U82-13; <br /> (k) Dedicate a thirty-four foot (34 ' ) inside access <br /> easement from Manzanita Street to Charter <br /> Street. <br /> After City approves the plans and specifications, Developer shall at <br /> its own cost and expense construct all of the improvements, furnish <br />
