SA 14-02 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ADOPTING A <br /> CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE FOR THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO <br /> THE REDWOOD CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND REPEALING <br /> RESOLUTION NO. SA 12-09 OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY'S <br /> CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE <br /> WHEREAS, the Political Reform Act of 1974, as amended (Cal. Gov. Code <br /> §81000, et seq.) ("Act"), requires state and local government agencies to adopt and <br /> promulgate a conflict of interest code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Fair Political Practices Commission ("FPPC") has adopted a <br /> regulation, which contains the terms of a standard conflict of interest code, that can be <br /> incorporated by reference by a local agency as that agency's conflict of interest code (2 <br /> Cal. Code of Regulations §18730); and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 87306.5 of the Act requires that conflict of interest codes be <br /> reviewed and, if appropriate, revised biennially in even-numbered years; and <br /> WHEREAS, by Redevelopment Agency Resolution No.10-09, adopted October <br /> 25, 2010, this Board of the Redevelopment Agency adopted a Conflict of Interest Code <br /> (the "Code") for the City of Redwood City ("City"), by adopting by reference 2 Cal.
