<br />D4-20-04 <br /> <br />11: 16 am <br /> <br />From-Redwood C; ,., PWS <br /> <br />+ <br /> <br />T-B9B <br /> <br />P.DD2/DD6 <br /> <br />F-m <br /> <br />DES:dft v6/30/92 (002/51) <br />DES:djk 07/06/92R <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />DUPLICA TE <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />A G R E E MEN T <br /> <br />--------- <br /> <br />VEHICLE MAINTENANCE SERVICES -' <br />(TOWN OF WOODSIDE) . <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and e"ntered into this ~ day of <br />~~~ , 1992, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />a municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and <br /> <br />the CITY OF THE TOWN OF WOODSIDE, a municipal corporation of the <br /> <br />State of California ("Woodside") ¡ <br /> <br />WIT N E SSE T H : <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Redwood City operates and maintains 2 motor vehicle <br /> <br />maintenance facility located at Redwood City's Municipal Services <br /> <br />Center; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Woodside <br /> <br />requires the performance of maintenance <br /> <br />services for its municipally-owned motor vehicles; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Redwood City is willing to provide such services, <br /> <br />subject to the terms and conditions hereof; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />DEFINITIONS. <br /> <br />For <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />purposes <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />following words and terms shall have the meanings respectively <br /> <br />ascribed thereto: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Maintenance Services - the furnishing of labor and <br /> <br />materials <br /> <br />appropriate <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />perform <br /> <br />necessary <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />routine periodic maintenance for Woodside's Motor <br /> <br />Vehicles in accordance with standard motor vehicle <br /> <br />maintenance schedules for the manufacture or type <br /> <br />of such vehicles. <br />
