No person, includi.ng firms, companies or corpora- tions, shall move any building or structure within the City of Redwood City from one lot or parcel of property to anoth�r lot or parcel of property or from any place ontside the City of Redwood City to a site within the City without first secnring a permit from the Council of the City of Redwood City. SECTION 2. Applications for buildiag moving permits shall be filed in triplicate with the Building Inspector on forms ap- proved by the Bnilding Inspector. SECTION 3. Every application shall contain the following information: (a) A description of the type of buildir�g to be moved. (b) The proposed location of the building. {e) The route over which the building is to be moved. (d) The method to be used in moving the buildi.ng. SECTION 4. Every application shall be �ccompan�e d by the follawinq: (a) Three copies of the plct plan of the proposed site. The plan shall be drawn to scale, with lot, buildinq and yard dimensions indicated. The plaa shall ahaw existinq and prcposed structnres, driveways, sew�er laterals aad easements. tb) A noa-refnndable fee of Tweaty-five Dollars ($28) . SECTI4N 5. The applicant shall, v�ithin three days subse- quent to the fili.ng of his applicatioa, post a notice in a con- spicuous place upon the building to be moved and at the site to which it is to be �oved.
