Ordinance No. 810� entitled "An Ordinance Pro- <br /> viding for the Regulation of Faod Estab lishments in the City of <br /> Redwood City; for the Tssuance of Permits Therefor; Prescribing <br /> Fees for Inspection Service and Providing Penalties for the <br /> Violation Thereof," adopted December 5, 1955, is hereby amended <br /> by adding, preceding Section 1 thereof, an article heading to <br /> read: <br /> "ARTICLE I, PERMIT� AND STANDARDS" <br /> SECTION 2. Sections 10. 11, 12 and 13 of the above mentioned <br /> Ordinance No. $10 are hereby repealed. <br /> SECTION 3. Article II, commencing at Section 10, is hereby <br /> added to the above mentioned Ordinance No. 510, to read: <br /> "ARTICLE II, RESTAURANT RATINGS <br /> "SECTION 20. INSPECTION AND RATING: <br /> "The Department of Public Health and Welfare shall <br /> inspect every restaurant offering food for consumption on <br /> the premises at least once in each calendar year and may <br /> inspect at more frequez�t intervals. If it is found that <br /> such restaurant does not qualify for an "approved" rating, <br /> as hereinafter provided,� no permit to operate shall be <br /> issued and any permit previously issued shall be revoked <br /> or suspended as herein provided. <br />
