ORDINANCE N0 . 36:g <br /> AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING OR REZONING LOT. 4 IN BLOCK 2 AS SHOWN UPON <br /> THAT CERTAIN MAP ENTITLED "MAP OF SUBDIVISION OF DINGEE PARR" FILED <br /> FOR RECORD IN THE RECORDER ' S OFFICE OF THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO , STATE <br /> OF CALIFORNIA, JULY 8, 1908 , IN MAP BOOK 6 AT PAGES 25 and 26 FROM THE <br /> SECOND RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT OR ZONE TO THE BUSINESS DISTRICT OR ZONE, <br /> AND DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO CHANGE THE OFFICIAL USE OF PROPERTY <br /> ZONE MAP IN CONFORMITY HEREWITH . <br /> The Council of the City of Redwood City does ordain as follows , <br /> to-wit : <br /> Section 1 . WHEREAS, as required by Ordinance No . 251 of the City <br /> of Redwood City C . M . Doxsee , as owner , heretofore made application <br /> to the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City to reclassify <br /> or rezone Lot 4 in Block 2 as shown upon that certain map entitled "Map <br /> of Subdivision of Dingee Parka filed for record in the Recorder ' s office <br /> of the County of San Mateo , State of California, July 8 , 1908 , in Map <br /> Book 6 at pages 25 and 26 from the second residential district or zone <br /> to the business district or zone , and <br /> WHEREAS , said Planning Commission duly held a hearing thereon in <br /> all respects as required by said ordinance and thereafter duly recom- <br /> mended in writing to the Council of the City of Redwood City that said <br /> application be granted and that said hereinbefore mentioned lot be <br /> rezoned as requested, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City duly filed said <br /> letter from the Planning Commission and directed that a public hearing <br />
